Driven by a commitment to sustainability and community empowerment, YUM Kalimantan has pioneered various agro-based initiatives to support food security, boost local incomes, and promote organic farming.

In March 2024, YUM launched the Stunting Prevention Program in our neighbouring sub-district, Kasongan Lama village, Central Kalimantan. Through strong community collaboration, the program is benefiting hundreds of mothers and children.

YUM had the pleasure of welcoming Ajeng Pribadi Salam, a student from Indonesia, and Suzumi Partridge and Matilda Gibian, students from Australia, who are currently supporting the Nutrition in Action program in Cipanas.

On September 10, 2024, YUM Cipanas held an important seminar for teachers in the area. The seminar aimed to provide a deeper understanding of the bullying issues that often occur in school environments.
