Volunteers -
In June 2009, YUM welcomed the arrival of a young volunteer named Lisette Phelan who came all the way from Ireland to assist the Children's Village.
In no time, Lisette was loved and admired by the children. Over her three month stay, she offered assistance teaching English at YUM's Vocational Training Center (VTC) and helped out with many other daily activities including computer work and English homework. Thank you for your support and contribution to YUM's Children's Village Lisette!
