On 20th July 2010, all YUM Boards, consisting of the Board of Patrons and Supervisors and a Management Board – as it is for all Indonesian foundations - met and decisions were made to install a new Management Board for the period 2010-2015.
The Board of Patrons agreed to invite two of YUM’s influential supporters to join the Management Board. Please join us in welcoming:
Dr. Sarno Sinto, MD, MPH, - Secretary
After many years of serving at the government public health services institutions, starting from Puskesmas, Municipal Health Office, Provincial Health Office and Federal Health Ministry of Health, Dr. Sarno retired in 1999. In addition to various public health management courses, he has also completed his Masters in Public Health in Australia.
Dr. Sinto is currently and has been for the past few years YUM’s Health Consultant and Project Coordinator for IRDN then YUM Health Projects in Central Kalimantan
Mhd. Bachrun Bustillo – Director
Mhd. Bachrun was born in Bogota. Colombia in 1970 and during the last 10 years has lived in Central Kalimantan – Indonesia. For the past few years, Mhd. Bachrun had represented the YUM Board in Central Kalimantan.
He graduated from “La Sabana” University in Social Communication and Journalism (1994) and has studied Management and Marketing at the Portuguese Institute of Management (1998). During the 1990’s, Mhd. Bachrun was actively involved in the Amanecer Foundation (Colombia) serving several terms as Board Member. He is currently President Director of PT. Kalimantan Usaha Bahagia and is on the Board of Directors of Bina Cita Utama School.
The composition of the new YUM Board of Management for 2010-2015 is as follows:

Dra. Aryati (Marmitasari) Prawoto, Mpsi - continuing as a Board Member

YUM is also happy to welcome Mrs. Aisyah Assagaff as a new member of the Board of Supervisors.
Mrs. Assagaff holds an extensive finance/accounting experience and was the Finance Director of PT S.Widjojo for many years. Mrs Assagaff was later promoted as its President Director. Mrs. Assagaff has joined YUM specifically to assist and supervise YUM’s Financial Plans, as YUM continues to expand and become a more financially independent NGO.
